5. Attend the Adviser on procedure and conference Secretary.
6. Appoint the Leaders and recorders of the discussion groups and workshop.
7. Appoint the Treasurer of the World Association.
8. Appoint the Cherf Executive of the World Bureau.
9. Promote the Movement by visits and by arranging gatherings and events.
10. Prepare the Budget to implement financial policy.
11. Direct the management of the World Bureau.
12. Appoint its own sub-committees or/and task groups and their Chairman.
